Peter Moscone and Brian Chambers are co-owners of NGM Enterprise, a Toronto-based production company with a national reach. Peter and Brian were instrumental in co-creating and producing season 1 of the Gemini nominated national television series entitled CheF*OFF; a dynamic food show that features innovative menu preparations by award-winning chefs prepared in daring competitive situations.  Along with creating the original concept, NGM was commissioned by Food Network to stay on and co-produce the series, which was no small feat for a first-time television producers.  CheF*OFF received a Gemini nomination in 2010 for Best Reality Series.

NGM’s knowledge of intense culinary competition was sparked by involvement in Gold Medal Plates and the Canadian Culinary Championships, the national Olympic fundraiser that brings together the top 10 chefs from every major Canadian city in annual gastronomic combat.  NGM’s production role is integral in leading a team of multi-disciplinary skillsets as they travel across Canada to execute these competitions from an operations and production standpoint.

NGM has a series of television productions in development and continues to produce live and filmed productions across the country and internationally.
